Grants

By providing grants that support innovative programs and effective community-based efforts, the Foundation seeks to promote systemic change resulting in expanded access to care and reduced barriers to services. The Foundation’s organizes its funding priorities into defined program areas, and each area has specific guidelines that describe the Foundation’s goals and application processes for that program. Current funding priorities include promoting strategies to reduce health care costs while maintaining or improving quality, connecting low-income patients with coverage and primary care providers, strengthening advocacy for health access, and building the capacity of community-based organizations.
