Through its grantmaking, the Foundation seeks to leverage the success of community organizations by funding successful community models and encouraging innovative program development. The Foundation’s funding priorities include support of coordinated care for the uninsured, connecting low-income patients with primary care, strengthening advocacy for the uninsured, promoting cultural competence in health care, and fostering collaboration in children’s mental health services.
